We contract and reserve well in advance for many of our coffees. Also, we sample every lot before it’s shipped. Then our skilled roasters and production crew marry the art of roasting with the science of meticulous quality control and exacting packaging standards to reliably deliver fine coffees to the many market segments we serve.
Working with coffee houses, restaurants, institutions and retailers for nearly 90 years has given us an opportunity to learn exactly what they need, as well as the best way to provide it.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
1 – Coffee Selection
We have about twenty single origins, a dozen blends, a variety of roast levels, decafs, and a huge number of flavored coffees to choose from. Browse Our Coffee Selection

2 – Choose a Bag
12 oz. and 16oz. net weights use the same bag size. Stock colors for nitrogen-flushed, heat-sealed valve bags are: Silver, Gold, Copper, Black, White, Red, Purple, Green, Blue. All gable-folded with quality re-sealable tape. (White paper or natural kraft paper, both with tin-tie are also available, not gas-flushed or heat sealed.)
Or, you supply the bags and we’ll deduct the packaging portion of the price per unit.
3 – Private Labeling
Generally, you supply the labels and we’ll place them on the bags at the time of production. If you’ll be ordering on an ongoing basis, we’ll keep your labels on hand and use them each time you order. Format should be: Width up to 2.75”, Height up to 4”, ideally on rolls with 3” core for large or ongoing orders. For smaller orders, rolls or sheets are fine.
In addition to your label, we can also place our standard 2” W x 1” H gold label, either to denote single-origin, or for the blend name(s), using a custom name of your choosing. Please contact us for details.
4 – Shipping Options
We’ll ship most anywhere via Fed-Ex Ground. Ground shipping is free on orders of 40lbs. and up, (contiguous 48 states). In many cases, we can deliver in the St. Louis metro area with a minimum order of $75. We do have $5.99 deliver fee charged on all local deliveries.
Any orders may be picked up at our facility with a minumum of 48 hours to fill your order.
