New Customer Onboarding

1. Payment Terms & Methods
• Payment Requirement: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or local delivery, unless approved for credit terms. Accepted payment methods include ACH, bank transfer, and credit card.
• Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all invoices paid via credit card. ACH or electronic bank transfers incur no additional fee.
• Deposits: Large or custom orders may require a deposit at the time of order placement. Deposits must be cleared prior to order processing and are non-refundable once fulfillment begins.
• Credit Terms: Net credit terms are available exclusively to established customers with an approved and signed Credit Agreement on file.

2. Delivery, Shipping, & Freight
• Local Delivery: Local delivery service is billed at a flat rate of $5.99 per delivery within our standard service area.
• Common Carrier: All orders outside our local delivery zone are shipped via Common Carrier. Standard freight and shipping costs will be added to the customer invoice.
• Free Coffee Shipping (40lbs+): Customers ordering 40 lbs or more of coffee qualify for free standard shipping on the coffee portion of their order. Non-coffee items included in the same order remain subject to standard shipping charges.

3. Fulfillment Lead Times & Expedited Services
• Standard Lead Times: Production and fulfillment lead times are established at time of order with your customer representative. Lead times begin upon receipt of full payment or required deposit.
• Rush & Expedited Fee: A $20.00 Rush Processing Fee applies to all orders requesting same-day/next-day pick-up, local delivery, or expedited shipping.
• Expedited Carrier Freight: For expedited common carrier shipping, actual expedited carrier rates will be charged on the invoice in addition to the $20.00 Rush Processing Fee.
